Parents’ agreement

All parents or carers:

• Agree to pay all fees for classes booked for their child(ren)/ward(s) as and when due
• Understand that their child(ren)/ward(s) will not be admitted to any classes if their fees have not been paid in advance
• Understand that they are responsible for ensuring that their child(ren)/ward(s) attend all classes booked and arrive on time
• Understand that no refund will be processed under any circumstances, especially if their child(ren)/ward(s) simply do not turn up for any booked classes
• Agree to support their child(ren)/ward(s) in their learning as appropriate eg by providing the necessary resources needed for each lesson
• Agree to not undertake any homework on behalf of their child(ren)/ward(s) ie they will support their child(ren)/ward(s) but not do the homework for them
• Agree to work with the school to ensure that their child’s learning needs are met
• Agree to provide a safe environment to meet their child(ren)/ward(s)’ learning needs
• Agree to inform the school of an issues (either within or outside the school) that may interfere with their child(ren)/ward(s)’ learning
• Understand that they are responsible for ensuring that their child(ren)/ward(s) have had an eye test and hearing test prior to their first lesson or their child(ren)/ward(s) have good eye sight and good hearing
• Agree to notify the school of any support their child(ren)/ward(s) will need to get the best out of their lessons with us
• Agree to be polite, courteous and ask questions if they need clarity on any issues
• Agree to treat all our staff and students as they would like to be treated
